Child Safety Standards

1. What CSAE Means

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) covers any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any depiction of a minor in a sexual context.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual contact or exploitation.
• Sextortion — threatening to share intimate images to coerce a minor.
• Trafficking, solicitation, or any sexualization of minors.

2. Our Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited on FriendZ and will result in immediate action:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM or any CSAE content.
• Using the App to groom, solicit, sexualize, endanger, or exploit a minor.
• Attempting to make the App's AI characters generate content that sexualizes minors.
• Any use of the App by, or impersonation of, a person under 18.

3. Adults-Only (18+)

FriendZ is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account. If we determine that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

4. How to Report a Concern

Users can report inappropriate content, behavior, or child-safety concerns without leaving the App through our in-app feedback/support channel. Reports can also be sent directly to our child-safety contact:

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action in line with these standards and applicable law.

5. Our Response to CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action, including but not limited to: removing the content, disabling and banning the responsible account, preserving relevant evidence, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

6. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where required, we report confirmed CSAM to the relevant national authority, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate law-enforcement body in the relevant jurisdiction.
